Drawing on the Reformed idea of the priesthood of all believers, she reminds the congregation that pastors are not more called than anyone else—just called differently—and that a healthy church depends on everyone stepping into their own Spirit-given roles. When each person honors their gifts and shares the work, the body of Christ becomes balanced, vibrant, and able to accomplish far more together than any gifted few could alone, reflecting the unity and generosity of the Triune God.
